Jose Montano Is An Adept Martial Arts Instructor

Jose Montano is a skilled and experienced Martial Arts trainer with great years of experience under his belt. He has trained 100 students ranging of all age groups ranging from age 5 to 55. He was a member of “Cerro Pelado Tournament” and was also part of an Olympic team as well. He is a 4 time National Champion. He is a Tiger Den Tae Kwon Do Black Belt trainer and was also the part of an Olympic team as well. He instructed 4 classes on daily bases and provided private sessions in TKD for conditioning and sparring.

When asked about his fascination about Tae Kwon do, Jose Montano says, Tae Kwon Do is a worthwhile martial art to train for handling any kind of self-defense situation. Furthermore, Jose lays importance on the fact that a positive mental attitude is essential in Tae kwon do. A positive mental attitude will keep you focused and gives you strength whatever is being attempted. Hence, it is important  to do some basic skills when training Tae Kwon Do. The students should take class at least 2-3 times per week and also practice at home. There is one thing that he wants to change about his job is that more and more parents would do tae kwon do with their kids and get active because he loves to see parents setting a positive example and take good care of themselves.

In May 2004, Jose Montano joined the US Tae Kwon Do College in Tysons Corner, Virginia as an instructor and worked there till September 2006. After that, he joined the Mountain Kim and worked there as a tae kwon do instructor. He also worked in the Lifetime Fitness in Centreville, Virginia as a personal trainer from February 2005 till April 2007.
